You may not use Arcane Suite to:
- send spam, bulk or unsolicited commercial email, or mail to purchased, rented or scraped address lists;
- send newsletters or marketing campaigns (use a dedicated email marketing service for that);
- forge headers, hide your identity to get past spam filters, or work around sending limits;
- connect domains you don't own or aren't authorized to use.
In every app
In Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Notes, Planner, Trinity and Vault, you may not:
- send or share phishing, malware or anything that impersonates another person or organization;
- use forms, documents or shared links to trick people into giving passwords, payment details or other personal information;
- harass, threaten, defraud or exploit anyone, or promote violence or hatred against people;
- store or share child sexual abuse material (we report it to the authorities);
- store or share content that is illegal where it's sent, stored or received, or that infringes other people's copyright, trademarks or privacy;
- record people in calls without their consent where the law requires it, or live stream illegal content;
- use Vault or the Chrome extension to keep or use credentials you're not authorized to have.
The service itself
You may not:
- access other people's accounts or data without their permission;
- probe, scan or attack the service, get around its security, limits or billing, or overload it;
- create accounts automatically, or create new ones to get around a suspension.
Enforcement
We monitor bounce and complaint rates for every account that sends email, and we act on abuse reports. Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, suspend sending or other features, or close the account, immediately if needed. We report illegal activity to the authorities where the law requires.
Reporting abuse
If you received unwanted mail from an arcanemail.io address or a domain using Arcane Suite, forward it with its full headers to abuse@arcanemail.io. To report a file, form, document or other link, send us the link. We review every report.
