Do guests need an account?
No. Anyone with the link can join from a browser. Guests without an account ask to join, and a host lets them in.
How is a call billed?
By the time each person spends in the call, guests included, at $0.08 per participant-hour, billed to the meeting's organizer. AI notes count as Arcane AI usage.
Can I record calls?
Yes. Recordings are saved to the organizer's Drive as file storage, at $0.10 per GB a month. A recording runs in the browser of whoever starts it, so it stops if they leave.
Can I dial in by phone?
Not yet. People join from a browser on a computer or phone.
