Yes. Sheets opens .xlsx, .xls, .ods and .csv files, and exports to .xlsx, .ods, .csv, .tsv and PDF.
Do formulas work like Excel?
Yes. Functions have the same names and arguments, and dynamic arrays, LAMBDA and QUERY work too.
Can I lock some cells?
Yes. Protect a sheet or a range so only the people you choose can edit it, or just show a warning.
