Can Arcane see my passwords?
No. Your items are encrypted on your device before they're saved, and we never have the keys to open them.
What if I forget my vault password?
Unlock with a passkey or your recovery key, then set a new password. In a business account, an administrator can recover your access. Without any of these, a personal vault can't be opened, not even by us.
Can I import from another password manager?
Yes. Vault imports exports from 1Password, Bitwarden, LastPass, Chrome and other browsers, any CSV file and authenticator apps. The file is read in your browser.
Does it work on my phone?
There's no phone app or phone autofill yet. Autofill works in Chrome on your computer, with the Arcane Suite extension.
